D Gukesh was cruising towards victory against Jules Moussard (FRA) until he made a huge blunder. It cost the teenager the game. Jules is a very strong player. He does not miss these tactical opportunities. Michael Adams (ENG) drew against Nikita Vitiugov (ENG) to emerge sole leader 3/4. He is followed by Gukesh, Jules and Hans Niemann (USA) at 2.5/3 each.
