Gopal relays the Chess Olympiad Torch at Ayodhya and Gorakhpur with Vantika and Tejas

Vantika Agrawal travels to seven cities in three days

On Tuesday 28th June 2022, The Cabinet Minister for Urban Development and Energy of Uttar Pradesh, Arvind Kumar Sharma received the Chess Olympiad Torch from WGM Vantika Agrawal and handed it over to 16th GM of India, Gopal G N in presence of GM Tejas Bakre and Dr. Sanjay Kapoor, AICF President at Ayodhya.

The next stop was Gorakhpur. The Cabinet Minister for Agriculture of Uttar Pradesh, Surya Pratap Shahi received the torch from WGM Vantika Agrawal and handed it over to GM Gopal G N in presence of GM Tejas Bakre and Dr. Sanjay Kapoor, AICF President at Gorakhpur.

He is a charismatic leader, a dynamic organizer who planned every torch relay to perfection, an eloquent orator, as well as a polite conversationalist. He selflessly ensured that all the Grandmasters got their due respect and recognition. Thank you so much, Sanjay sir, for constantly motivating me and making me feel this special."
