Prague Masters 2023 R7: Ray Robson outplays Vincent Keymer, gains sole lead
29/06/2023 - Ray Robson (USA) defeated one of the coleaders, Vincent Keymer (GER) to emerge sole leader at the Prague Masters 2023. Pentala Harikrishna had another hard-fought draw against Sam Shankland (USA) to move to 3.5/7. He is now a full point behind the leader along with five more players. The other previous round leader, Bogdan-Daniel Deac (ROU) drew against Hao Wang (CHN) to move to 4/7. GM Deep Sengupta continues to stay in the championship hunt as he won a positional skirmish against IM Hilmir Freyr Heimission (ISL). He is now a half point behind the leaders - IM Ekin Baris Ozenir (TUR) and IM Jakub Fus (INA) at 6.5/7 each in the Karel Janeček Open, part of 5th Prague International Chess Festival 2023.
