If your answer is "yes," then Hindi ChessBase India has an exciting opportunity for you.

Chess is growing rapidly in India, and the Hindi-speaking chess community is expanding every day. Our mission is to bring chess events, tournaments, players, and inspiring stories from around the world to millions of readers and viewers in Hindi.

On September 2, 2016, Hindi ChessBase India published its very first article. The occasion was the Baku Chess Olympiad, and the title of that first article was:

"बाकू तैयार , भारत पे उम्मीदों का भार"

Since then, Indian chess has undergone a remarkable transformation. In less than a decade, India has emerged as a true chess powerhouse. Today, chess players are recognized and celebrated across the country, and the game enjoys a level of popularity that was once unimaginable.

Yet, there is still much work to be done.

The mission of Hindi ChessBase India has always been to bring the world of chess to every Hindi-speaking household. We believe that language should never be a barrier to learning, following, and enjoying the game. From major international tournaments and player achievements to inspiring stories and educational content, our goal is to make chess accessible to millions of Hindi-speaking enthusiasts.

To take this mission to the next level, we now need a stronger team. We are looking for people who truly love chess and want to help grow the game across India.

Currently, Hindi ChessBase India shares chess content in Hindi through its News Portal, YouTube Channel, Instagram Account, X (Twitter) Account, and Facebook Page. As our audience continues to grow, we are looking for passionate individuals who can help us create better content, reach more people, and strengthen the Hindi chess community.

1. Video + Shorts Editor

If you have experience in video editing and can create engaging YouTube videos, reels, and shorts, this opportunity is for you.

Requirements:

Knowledge of software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Filmora, or Camtasia
Experience editing YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Videos
Ability to deliver work on time
Basic knowledge of chess will be an advantage

2. Thumbnail Creator

A great thumbnail plays a crucial role in the success of a YouTube channel. If you can design eye-catching and clickable thumbnails, we would love to hear from you.

Requirements:

Experience with Photoshop, Canva, or other design tools
Experience creating sports or YouTube thumbnails
Creative thinking and the ability to work efficiently
Knowledge of chess players and tournaments will be an added advantage

3. Writer + Social Media Manager

If you enjoy writing and have a good understanding of social media, this role could be the perfect fit for you.

Responsibilities:

Writing chess news articles and features in Hindi
Creating social media posts
Publishing tournament coverage and results
Managing Facebook, Instagram, X, and the YouTube Community

Requirements:

Excellent Hindi writing skills
Interest in chess
Understanding of social media platforms
Ability to work independently
