Chess at MeepleCon: A Fun and Enriching Experience
Chess was a part of MeepleCon this year, with two blitz tournaments held during the day. The top three finishers received cash prizes, and young players were encouraged with board game rewards. The tournament ran smoothly from start to finish. It was a positive experience for both players and organizers. We look forward to a bigger chess presence at MeepleCon in the future.
Chess in focus at MeepleCon

MeepleCon, India’s biggest board game convention, now in its sixth edition, proved to be a memorable and enriching experience for our team. The event was full of energy, learning, and fun, giving us the opportunity to explore a wide variety of new and exciting board games while engaging with an enthusiastic community.
As part of the convention, we successfully conducted a chess tournament that ran smoothly throughout the day. While the participation was relatively modest this year, the overall experience was positive and encouraging. The organizers shared that chess will be introduced in a much bigger and better format in the coming editions of MeepleCon, which makes us excited about what lies ahead.
