IM Soham Kamotra drew against IM Nitish Belurkar with black pieces, and he will face Iniyan in the 6th round. Devindya Oshini Gunawardhana scores 3 in a row
Devindya Oshini Gunawardhana from Sri Lanka lost the first two rounds of the tournament. It is always tough to start a tournament with multiple losses, but she came back stronger than ever and scored 3 wins in a row against 2 IMs and defeated GM Mihail Nikitenko in the 5th round.
