Dragon Chilling Wins FIDE World Team Blitz 2026 to Seal Double Gold

by Devansh Singh - 22/06/2026

Just two days after clinching the World Rapid Team Championship, the Chinese squad Dragon Chilling has completed a historic double by securing the World Team Blitz Championship 2026 title. Despite the presence of heavyweights like Magnus Carlsen’s WR Chess and India’s formidable Team MGD1, this Chinese unit maintained its dominance throughout the event to walk away with both trophies.
