We sell products not just on our ChessBase India website, but also on Amazon, Flipkart and other platforms. As chess continues to grow in India and the world, the number of queries that we get with regards to our products is also growing. We are looking for a full-time person who would be interested to become our customer success manager - give our customers the best possible shopping and after sales service experience. What is the role about?
We, at ChessBase India, are looking for someone who can provide the best experience to our customers. This role majorly involves resolving technical and non-technical queries related to our e-commerce business. The ideal candidate should be willing to learn and comfortable understanding our products, processes and customers along with coordinating with relevant stakeholders whenever needed to provide effective support to our customers around the world.

Key Responsibilities:
Understand and resolve non-technical queries related to dispatches and delivery, RTO issues, stock unavailability, damaged products, festive sales, bulk discounts, etc.
Understand and resolve technical queries related to software installation and features for ChessBase products such as ChessBase, Mega Database, Fritz, Encyclopaedia, etc.
Identify and escalate sales-related, tournament-related or other types of queries to the relevant point of contact in the team wherever there is a need.
Understand different platforms on which we sell (ChessBase India shop, Amazon, Flipkart), solve customer queries
Communicating and troubleshooting related to appropriate listing of products on different platforms (where we have a shop)
Requirements:
Strong written communication in English.
Good verbal communication in English and Hindi.
Basic technical understanding with software troubleshooting
A huge hunger and willingness to learn and improve
Politeness, kindness and patience

Working hours:
9.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. (Monday to Saturday)
