PM of India gifts Uzbek President chess scoresheet

Chess played a big role in the diplomatic relationship between Uzbekistan and India. When the two leaders of the country met - PM Modi gifted President Mirziyoyev the scoresheet of Javokhir Sindarov's victory against Wei Yi at the finals of FIDE World Cup 2025. The gift was special because the event happened in Goa, India.
