Sharvaanica A S becomes World Cadet Under-10 Girls 2025 Champion, Bronze for Kiyanna and Sarbartho
WCM Sharvaanica A S won Gold in Under-10 Girls category at World Cadet 2025. Despite starting with a loss, she won her next nine games in-a-row and finished the event with a loss too. She had a better tie-break than WCM Chinzorig Nandinjiguur (MGL) as Sharvaanica defeated her in the eighth round. Kiyanna Parihar scored 8.5/11 to win Bronze in the same category. Under-10 Girls: Gold - Sharvaanica A S and Bronze - Kiyanna Parihaar
WCM Sharvaanica A S (1971) and WCM Chinzorig Nandinjiguur (MGL, 1887) scored 9/11 each. Sharvaanica clinched Gold as she had defeated the eventual Silver medalist in the th round. Kiyanna Parihaar (1728) and WCM Abigail Zhou (USA, 1913) scored 8.5/11 each. Kiyanna won Bronze due to better tie-break scores.
Sharvaanica - Vanshika, Round 10
In the penultimate round, Sharvaanica pushed her passed pawn 37.d5! Vanshika Rawat (1784) captured the e4-pawn 37...Qxe4 38.d6! Qd4 39.c5 Qxc5 40.Qd1 Qc8 41.d7 Qd8 42.Qd6 Kg8 43.Qc6 Kf8 44.Qc5+ Kg7 45.Qc8 and White won the game in the next few moves.

Under-10 Open: Bronze - Sarbartho Mani
Shunzhe Yuan (CHN, 1805) and CM Phan Hoang Quan Le (VIE, 2030) scored 9/11 each. They won Gold and Silver medal respectively according to tie-breaks. Sarbartho Mani (2072), Leonid Ivanovic (SRB, 2097) and CM A P Chenitha Sihas Dinsara Karusena (SRI, 1983) scored 8.5/11 each. Sarbartho edged past the remaining two to secure a Bronze medal as he had the better tie-breaks.
