Registration for Bijnor Open FIDE Rated Chess Tournament has started
The Official banner of Bijnor Open International FIDE Rated Chess Tournament 2023.
The Bijnor FIDE Rating Tournament is going to be organized in Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh from 30th November to 3rd December 2023.
The tournament will be held at Vivek College, Moradabad Road, Bijnor.
There are limited seats in the tournament - only the first 200 people to register will get to play! The total prize fund of the tournament is Rs. 2,00,000. The tournament is open to all. A total of 7 rounds will played, with the time control of 90 minutes + 30 seconds increment starting from move 1. In this event, the entry fee for players from Uttar Pradesh has been kept at Rs 500, and for players from other states it has been kept at Rs 700. To participate, scan the given QR code with your mobile camera.

The most special thing in this event is that dormitory arrangements have been made for the players in the venue (Vivek College) itself, which will be free of cost! To avail this accomodation, you will have to apply while filling your form. Remember that this arrangement will be made on 29th November at 5 pm. These arrangements will be in place till the last day of the tournament, i.e. 3rd December. For the players, food is available in the college canteen for a minimal fee from 8 am to 8 pm. Apart from this, food arrangements have been made for only Rs 100, about which you will have to give information in advance in the application.

Experienced International Arbiter Vivek Sohani will be the Chief Arbiter of this tournament.
FIDE Instructor Niklesh Jain, who has been the organizer of hundreds of chess tournament, will be the tournament director at Bijnor Open.
